EASY AS PIE APPLE MUFFINS
2 cups Chris Cakes PC Mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 can apple pie filling

In mixing bowl, blend ingredients together. Spoon into paper baking cups or greased muffin tin nearly full. Bake
20 minutes at 400°, or until browned.
Makes 1 dozen.
