MEXICAN CASSEROLE
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Chris Cakes PC Mix
12 oz. Monterrey Jack, Cheddar or combination of those cheeses.
1 small can diced chiles
In a bowl, beat eggs and milk, then stir in mix. Add cheeses and chiles and pour into a greased 12″ x 12″ baking dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Cool slightly, cut into squares, and serve with picante sauce or salsa.
