Devenshire Cream Topping

This is the perfect topping for any of our scone mixes!
DEVONSHIRE CREAM (topping)
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whip on high speed until soft peaks are formed. Spread on a fresh baked Scone mix (preferably one of ours- since they taste the best!)
