FUNNEL CAKES – Muffin Factory Style
FUNNEL CAKES
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 3/4 Cup Kansas Seal Pancake and Waffle Mix
1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
In mixing bowl, beat Eggs and Milk. Add cinnamon and Kansas Seal Pancake and Waffle Mix and blend thoroughly. Let mixture stand 5 minutes. Dribble batter, from ¼ Cup measure, into 1″ hot oil, making circular motions. Turn, with tongs, after first side is browned. After both sides are browned, remove from oil, drain, and top with confectioners sugar, maple syrup, or other favorite toppings.
There you have it. Now you can have the State Fair in your own Kitchen – minus the Ferris Wheel and the clowns. Well we have a few clowns at our house. Enjoy!
