For the more discerning palette, we offer several specialty pancake mixes.  These mixes stand in their own pedestal of honor:

Chris Cakes – Manufactured under exclusive licence from Chris Cakes Inc.  This is a premium multigrain mix.  As with all of our ingredients only the best will do.  This is the famous mix that was used to win the Guinness Book of World Records in 2009. The winner manually poured, cooked and flipped 956 edible pancakes in 60 minutes. That bested the previous record of 559 in 2008.  Chris Cakes has been featured on the Food Network and other TV programs. Four presidents (Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and Barack Obama) and 16 governors have also been served this wonderful product.

Kansas Seal Pancake Mix – Yet another winner in our pancake line-up.  A multi grain mix that is just dying for a batch of syrup.  You cant go wrong with this mix. Pure Kansas Wheat from our local flour mill is used here. I can’t think of a better way to start you morning than with a nice stack of these babies!  Try both Chris Cakes and Kansas Seal.
